Racing Mower Parts - Front Axle

Stub axle / king pin assembly, supplied with rod ends and mounting plate. To fit 20mm x 50mm hubs. Stub axle inserted through king pin and TIG welded both sides, for extra strength. Currently manufactured with 5 degrees camber, but we can produce other angles on request.
Now supplied with high performance PTFE lined rod ends as standard!

Track rod arms, design specifically to fit our stub axles. Laser cut from 6mm plate, with 10mm diameter holes. Supplied in pairs, stub axle not included.

M16 x 2mm rod end / rose joint, commonly used as king pin bearings for front steering.

Front hubs to fit alloy wheels / rims with a 58mm PCD. Hubs are 50mm wide to fit 20mm stub axles. Custom made to our specifications. Bearings sold separately (2x 3804 2RS required).

6003 2RS wheel bearing, double rubber shielded to stop water and dirt ingress. Used normally for group 3, 5 inch alloy rims with intergral bearings.

3804 2RS hub bearing, double rubber shielded to stop water and dirt ingress. Used in our front hubs, used on a 20mm stub axle.

61904 2RS hub bearing, double rubber shielded to stop water and dirt ingress. Used normally for group 4, hubs used on a 20mm stub axle.
